The following questions primarily pertain to our online registration system.
Where do I go for help or questions with online registration? Please email enrichment@tmlink.org or stop by the main office to schedule a time to get access and help on the library computers.
Can I register by paper form? Paper forms will be available only for those that do not have access to a computer or cannot register online. They will be available in the office. Please contact enrichment@tmlink.org if you would like assistance with registration.
Can I pay by check? There is an option to pay by e-check or credit card on the active registration website.
How do I receive a Scholarship Discount? Students who are eligible for the Free and Reduced Price Lunch program may enroll in one Enrichment Program class for 10% of the class fee using a scholarship discount code at registration. We are limited to only one class request per qualifying student per quarter.
Who operates the Enrichment Program? The PTA does. Our registration-systems company, Active, is providing online registration and credit-card payment services, but has no other involvement.
How did we choose Active as our online registration vendor? The PTA spent several weeks in 2015-16 researching vendors to find the best ease of use, cost-effectiveness, and secure payment and options. Active is the top provider of online event registration in the country.
What does Active do with my information? From Active (as of spring 2016): “Parents have the right to consent to the collection and use of personal information from children under the age of 13 (collectively, “Children,” and individually, a “Child”) without also consenting to the disclosure of such information to outside third parties, except in order to provide the Services. Active does not share personal information collected from Children with third parties for any purpose other than to provide the Services.”
