Girls on the Run

Girls on the Run offers a series of games and activities to help girls explore the challenges they face at ages 8-12. In the process the girls slowly build endurance for the culminating event – a celebratory 5K with all Puget Sound area participants. Girls on the Run gives girls tools & skills to navigate the challenges in life. We want girls to be confident and know that they are capable of achieving anything. Page last updated: 6/29/18.
